Excited to publish Episode 6 and we're busting the myths about the Gen Z's. When this episode is launched it's the end of June, which is also International Pride month. For organizations to thrive it's key that all people feel they can bring their full selves to work, to feel they can unleash their full potential.
We invited Miguel Castro, driving Diversity and Inclusion in SAP and recently named one of Spain's Top 25 LGBTI leaders in the "Management and Leadership" category, for a candid talk around what organizations need to do to really embed DEI throughout the company and not just leave to HR to follow up on KPI's.
And as always, Liz and Katarina have new thoughts and reflections to share on what's on in their curious minds right now.
Happy listening!

Friday May 26, 2023

Friday May 26, 2023

We were so excited to have Sarah Freiesleben joining us all the way from Copenhagen (even if it was an on-line meeting) so we got a bit carried away...!
In this - our third episode - we reflect on tech versus humanity, does it have to be either or - or rather both - and? The need for more human skills in the future and the importance of both deep expertise and asking the most obvious questions. How can we make space for high energy dynamic meetings and mental well being?
Top of mind for Liz and Katarina this month include: The results of the "Daughter effect" study and the Human Energy Crisis that is happening as we speak.
Enjoy!

How it started...

One day in April 2020, Liz called Katarina and said she had an idea, which then developed into the live streamed teams show called "WE Connect". An interactive, curious and personal talk show, with guests who shared their experiences and views on how to handle uncertainty, motivation, leadership and much more.

Now, they're both running their own businesses and want to continue the dialogue, always curious to learn more on how to inspire organizations and people to thrive. WE hope you would like to join us!
